Those three words

We sit high up in space,
The wind blowing in our faces,
The current crashes all around,
Torrent too strong.

Jagged boulders protecting us,
Sea spray tickles, but to no avail.

The sun sets,
Hands touch,
Fingers intertwine,
Hearts race

Your eyes meet mine,
My face as red as the sky,

I stare at you,
You back at me,
Wishing
It doesn't end

On the spot, she stammers

All eyes on me,
I take them in

My heart pounding,
I gulp.

The fear clouding up my throat,
making it difficult to speak.

Finally, I muster up the courage,
Lips part,

I say the first paragraph,
I stammer

Chelsea

A breathing ball of fur,
Cuddles up next to me.

White all over,
Eyes black and innocent,

It climbs on my chest,
its head under mine.

I stroke its head,
It purrs

Butterflies

Their wings delicate,
As soft as rose petals

They alleviate with ease,
wings spreading out

Bright colours,
Conquering the sky.

Forever

A feeling too strong to fight,
Started after some time,
Will last forever.

I stand with you,
You stand beside me,
Smiling.

The sun sets,
My hand is in yours
We look forward to forever
