I walked down the pathway,
Autumn leaves scattered all around,
A warm red, a pale yellow, a harsh brown crackled
Gentlemen bent over,
Evergreen and cool,
Shedding as days went by.
The wind bit at my hands,
Crawling into my jacket,
Chills down my spine
Walking down this path,
I am not alone,
Autumn watches me pass through
